With over 20 years an estimator and project manager for recognized
industry leaders in insurance restoration, as well as two
years as an insurance adjuster with one of the largest property
and casualty insurers in the world, Dan is the ideal owner
of a company performing insurance restoration. Having experienced
the business from all three perspectives (contractor, adjuster
and homeowner) allows him to provide sincerity, honesty and
value to all parties in any transaction.
Jason Murphy, Mitigation
Manager
As an IICRC certified Water Damage Restoration Technician
and Applied Structural Drying Professional, Jason manages
the mitigation department to ensure the succesful completion
of all drying projects. Through his understanding of psychrometry
and the science of drying, he ensures structures are dried
quickly and well. In cases where mold has developed, Jason
also heads the mold remediation team, using his ASCR certification
and extensive knowledge to ensure the remediation of mold
infestation. He is one of few ASCR Certified
Mold Specialists in the country.
Flo Murphy, Office
Manager
With over 20 years of administrative
and management experience in varied industries, including
insurance and government, Flo is the organizational heart
of Integrity, offering professional service, error free record
keeping and creative solutions. By ensuring that the databases
and file systems are constantly updated, she ensures that
adjusters will have access to the information they need, in
short order and with assured accuracy, and that homeowners
will always receive the best level of communication.
