 Many
people think that when they have a water damage or flood,
it's only their carpet that needs saving. In reality, the
carpet may be the least of their worries. Today we are concerned
about mold growth; buildings that get wet and are not properly
dried are likely to lead to mold problems and other serious
contamination concerns that can threaten the health of occupants,
lead to very costly remediation and repairs, or significantly
reduce property values. |
We use the principles of, extraction, air movement,and
dehumidification, along with advanced moisture detection equipment,
to ensure that structures are dry and returned to a healtful
state. |
 If
you have had a loss you think may be covered by your insurance
company and you have not yet contacted them, here are the
steps you should follow. First, call us. We'll come out to
your house immediately to extract the standing water and begin
drying out the structure. |
Next, call you insurance company and let them
know you've had a flood and what action you've already taken.
Your adjuster will take it from there, and we'll contact you
to discuss your restoration needs. Many people don't know
that they may elect to use any contractor they like to do
their repairs; we'll be glad to help you with only the emergency
service phase, only the restoration phase, or both…it's
all in your hands! |
